I’m actually bang on time this month! First time in ages I was ready for the challenge!
So this is the sketch I’ve been playing with throughout the year to see how many pages I can get from one sketch. Although we are in month ten I have to admit I missed a couple of months so only have eight so far! But still that’s a considerable number to come from the one sketch!
This month I actually kept to the sketch quite a lot… Only the photo ended up placed at an angle!
I used a random paper that is double sided and some whitewashed Coredinations cardstock for this page, mixed up with the Real red, Basic Black & Daffodil Delight cardstock for the embellishments.
I used the Simply scored board for the first time in age for this to create the running stitch effect down the left hand side and then sanded it back. I also used the work of art stamps to create the white circles. And the final thing was the punch to create the little tabs on the side (one is blank as I need to look up the date)!
I am particularly pleased with the use of the ribbons on the page to add texture.
