Practising mindfulness… Jumping on the bandwagon

Mindfulness I discovered as part of cbt sessions… I think it really helped me to handle anxiety attacks. Now it appears that the zoned out concentration we get when colouring in might help mindfulness… Hence the adult colouring book thing has taken off.  I bought the Animal Kingdom book as I thought it looked fun.  Today I started it and loved losing an hour and a bit to this octopus! I used spectrum noir pencils.
