Mixed media card class

Tonight it’s time for me and my friends to play card making mixed media style!  This time I decided to play with the large background stamps and see what I ended up with.

This one I made a Brusho background using Positively Chevron. Then stamped beautiful birdhouse by Claritystamps.

This time a distress ink blended background with water splodges and used the World Map with Sky’s the Limit stamps.

Next a painty tag using handcarved and summer silhouettes and some gorgeous silk trim.

Finally I used a stencil and stencil brushes to create this soft card.  I used the Dictionary stamp and then Awesomely Artistic stamps to finish in a mix of purples and browns.  Love the effect of the brush on the linen cardstock too.

So wonder how we will all get on making these at class… what I know will happen is that we will have fun and feel chilled out doing it!

Happy crafting!
