ATC swap … beach

Oh my it is so good to be back in the craft room. I have so many projects to catch up on and finish off and apologise for being late with!

One step at a time though!
Today I am sharing the ATC’S I made for the beach swap. I started these in July… but didn’t finish them until yesterday!

This one started life as a piece of scrap paper I wiped my brush off on… I loved the colours and so collaged it onto the white card. I then stamped some postcard and postmark type stamps on the background and a yellow dotty sun.

I then found some dsp in the stash with the cute surf campervan on it so collaged that too and then added some doodles on top.  The quote was then stamped and added on top with more doodles. This was then mounted on some purple card. Funky!

A far more traditional look for this one…

A stamp of the deckchair was the starting point and then I doodled the rest of the scene. I then added the colour using Inktense and water.  Once it was dry I added some glossy texture paste through a script stencil. Once dry I added a very light amount of Hickory smoke ink which resisted the texture. I had wrote the lyrics and added them on top.

I mounted it onto some SU dsp. Which had boats and aeroplane blueprints.

This photo shows the texture paste better.

Pleased with both of these… Can’t believe they took me over a month to make.

Onto next months already and finished them in 2 nights… that’s more like it!

Happy crafting!
