Three more cards from the massive stash of gelli plate playtime finished off… This time I decided to use the ones I had stamped with the castle and the one I had stamped with the row of houses. Both of these are claritystamp images.
So first… a couple of birthday cards that I thought would work as masculine cards. This first one I took Sahara Sand cardstock for the base and did a bit of stamping using the World Map stamp. I then added an overlay of vellum that I had embossed with the World embossing plate. I then kept it simple and mounted the topper in the middle with the sentiment heat embossed on the inky background.
The next one I decided bright was best and added a strip of Lemon lime zest cardstock with a piece of dictionary book print torn across the middle. I love the contrast of the old book print against the bright card. I also added a corrugated card embellishments and some thread to finish off.
The house one I decided to add a little more colour to the image and added a pink panel underneath, some pink thread and a pink shiny heart. I then heat embossed the sentiment from Art Journey Stamps and decided that I would also give the house a little extra definition with some glossy accents.
Love how delicate but modern this is.
So three more cards finished… I started with 24 panels and I think that’s 11 done so far! So almost half way!
Hope you are enjoying this little series of cards I am making with the fun gelli plate watercolour backgrounds.
