Today I have a journal page I’ve been working on for a few weeks on and off and it was for a monthly art journal fb group and the theme for this month is to include 2018 on the page…
So I did!
The page came together using lots of different stencils and a few stamps and then the focal image which was cut from some wallpaper leftover from the princess’ bedroom wall… I had this to hand as I had used another piece for another journal page I’ll be sharing in a few weeks.
This year my one little word is NEW. As I want this year to be about new starts and new experiences so I decided to capture that with this page.
I love all the texture and layers of pattern and colour I got by making this page over a few weeks rather than in one go.
