It’s been a while but another circle journal to share today… and this time it is for Sarah.
I had no plan when I started except to pour love into the page because Sarah is going through a tough time at the moment as her son is very poorly… so love and strength were the only things I was thinking of.
I started with a base of collaged book print and then decided to put the camera on to record the process. So you can watch that here
Here is a pic from part way through… lots of paint layers and background stamping and texture paste and cutting out of hearts happened so far…
Still wasn’t sure where to go from here but took a pause (to do boring housework at this point) so it was time to take a pic.
Carried on in a few more sessions and finished up with this…
Absolutely delighted with the final pages. Love all the textures and layers.
Hope that Sarah likes it too.
