The latest magazine from Creative Stamping has some fab leaf stamps and so I decided to have a play.
I had already got a piece of cardstock that I had added brushos to so I grabbed that as the starting point. I’m pretty sure it was aquamarine brusho that had been added and brushed to provide the streaky finish.
I stamped in distress oxide the leaf stamp and then clear embossed it. Then I die cut it using a stitched rounded rectangle die. I did the same with a piece of card I coloured using the wrinkle free technique and distress oxide. Then I chose a piece of Papermania wood patterned paper. I decided to tear it down one side and then adhere the three pieces together using eyelets.
This gave it a different look. Then I stamped the background stamp from the set onto the card blank down one side and added the panel.
Next I stamped and embossed the sentiment onto the leftover brusho card and added that.
Really love the different finishes and the stamped image. Going to play with the other leaf stamps too as they are fab.
Happy crafting!
