Today there is a new challenge at Craftyhazelnuts Christmas challenge and it is to “feature a creature” … so I decided to stamp this amazing stag head from an old Creative Stamping magazine stamp set and fussy cut him out…
Then as I had stamped him in grey this Winter Frost themed card topper I had already created seemed perfect…
So I added him along with the sentiment and then edged the grey panel with an embossing pen and heat embossed with the sparkly white powder…. this created such a cool effect.
I finished it off with some gems and I think this created such an elegant card.
So a fairly simple card today… but with a few things to step it up… the embossing and the gems… love how it turned out.
