Design Team, Dies, Distress oxide ink

DT: CHNC: my own background

This week at CHNC I have a challenge I really enjoyed… make my own background!

I took out the photo paper and mop3d up some distress oxide on it using shaded lilac and iced spruce.

Once dry and buffed up it leaves a lovely marble effect.

Onto this I stamped the snowflakes and then let them dry.

Once dried I wiped away the oxide, and then it left a soft purple snow flurry.

I then cut the panel into two small panels and then edged them with grey archival.

I added them to small notecards and then added some die cuts.

Over the die cuts I also added the glitter glue.

Cute, small cards!
