This month the theme for the Artful ATCs group is Book Characters and I knew immediately I wanted to join in and use my Roald Dahl stash as I rarely use this.
I started by using some of the patterned paper to cover the whole of the ATC I had cut from mountboard and added a strip of the ribbon from the stash too.
Then I added the stamped Enormous Crocodile and elephant image which I coloured with watercolour pencils. And of course the title of the book.
For the Fantastic Mr Fox I decided to stamp the image all over the background and then chose a printed element as the focal feature which I offset from the centre.
I then added the title onto the black card with embossing powder.
Really love how these came out and it reminded me how much I love these stories and the art work.
