DT: Happy Little Stampers – Anything Goes with Dies

I have a new design team position …contributing to Happy Little Stampers for their Anything Goes with dies blog and here is my first contribution…

I actually made this birthday card for my Stampin Up upline whose birthday was the 1st Jan and I figured a pretty and bright wreath card with lots of flowers would be the best way to start the new year and celebrate her birthday!

I used the fabulous and bright Magenta Madness cardstock and then embossed the Arrange a Wreath onto the background using silver embossing powder. Next I added lots of die cut leaf sprigs that I had in the stash having cut them from scraps leftover from other projects. I used soft sea foam, Pear Pizazz and some mint macaron for the leaves and then added the yellow and white flowers to finish the wreath.

I edged the panel with a bit of dry embossing too as I felt it needed something for a frame.

I decided to add some All the Trimmings enamel dots and then embossed the sentiment from Itty Bitty Greetings onto the pink with a layer of pear pizazz to finish off!

Oh and a twine bow from the stash too of course!

So off to see what everyone else at HLS has been up to with dies.

Happy crafting!
