I finished off a page whilst on a webinar … it gave me something for my fingers to do whilst listening to the information. It was a simple page… took me about 15 mins max because the pictures were already printed and cover most of the page and the because the journal is made from patterned paper so didn’t need to do much in terms of decorating it.
I added a strip of hessian to the edge of the page (which is a short page) love the texture this brought. I did glue it in place but also stapled it so it was secure.

The red popping out the side is a whole different page … I love the look that this gives.
I mounted each pic on book paper from the scraps and edged it with ink. Then chose a grid paper to do the journalling and added this as strips across the whole page.
I did consider adding embellishments but decided not to as this is already quite a busy page.
Love how easily this came together…. so easy with the patterned paper and of course the photos taking the focus of the page.
Happy crafting!
