Pilkington Lane stamped images are perfect for splodging watercolour on… Cutesy and a little fussy maybe but still I enjoy creating these little scenes!
I kept the mounting of the card very simple so that the focus remains on the lovely countryside image!
This weeks prompt made me wonder … I now wonder what you will make of it?
You see my hubby and I rarely have a date night. We don’t have a wealth of babysitters to rely on and so rarely go out together. But for the occasion of these photos my auntie had my princess for the night and the hubby and I went into Manchester to watch the live screening of Macbeth. It was a great night although I really did end up with cushion envy and could barely walk or stand by the end of the night from sitting on the car park floor!
As I had a couple of pictures I decided to use the dividing page protector to make this page. I used the Etcetera dsp and did quite a lot of photo editing and playing with filters before printing the pictures.
I used the Happy Hour stamp set to embellish the page with some cocktails and otherwise kept it quite simple, with quite a lot of journaling.
