Three sheet wonder sets 4 and 5 of cards

My final installment for the one three sheet wonder I did with Gingham Garden dsp for you today.  Two sets of cards I made…

The first set uses the ever so pretty Butterfly basics and lots of fussy cutting! Ugggh!

I coloured the images using a water brush and the coordinating ink colours to the dsp.

I stamped the flower onto the envelopes too to add a finishing touch.

The next set are different in style with a cute little bear which was a Craft stamper stamp from a few months ago. I rarely use the stamps on craft stamper because I forget all about them… but this one jumped out at me to be used for this project!

I used the stamp on the envelope too…

Not a bad little haul from a three sheet wonder project and such a nice set of papers too!

Three sheet wonder… set 2 and 3 of cards

Yesterday I shared the first part of the three sheet wonder I did from the Gingham Garden dsp I am using up as part of this year’s Use them or Lose them challenge.

Today I have set 2 and set 3 of the cards I made.

Firstly I used the fabulous Clare Lloyd girl stamp to create these two cards…

I coloured the girl with Promarkers and the sentiment is a Lawn Fawn one I thought worked with the style of card.

The next are using a stamp from a random other set I got in a sale… but quite funky!

I used the ticket punch and the sentiment from the Henry Says sey.   I used embossing for the bottom layer to add more texture, and the lovely bakers twine too.

These I remembered to stamp the envelope too…

Simple, but a nice finishing touch I think.
I have a couple more sets of cards to share from this bumper One sheet wonder.  Pop back tomorrow to see how I finished these off.  Love how different the little sets are.

Happy crafting!

Three sheet wonder

Once again I am on my mission to use up some of my stash of papers … so another one sheet wonder type thing going on… but with three sheets of Gingham Garden dsp! I actually started the planning and cutting for this one night in/on the bed.

image

The three chosen sheets of dsp above which I chose three random ways of cutting up using the Pinterest board I have set up for osw as inspiration.   Then I started copying sketches from Mojo Monday  (a great sketch site that has old sketches available for use) & putting card ideas together from that.

Next I had to get coordinating cardstock for the papers… I decided rather than cutting into too much new cardstock I would first raid the scraps box and use up stuff already cut into!

And then started putting things together with the relevant card blanks…

I did have to use some fresh card stock for the bases… but otherwise I managed most of this from scraps.

Then I made them up into little sets. Here is the first of the sets…

For all of these I used the Bliss stamp set to add the flourish stamp in the background and the little butterflies and the sentiment from Bitty Banners.

I also added stickles a plenty to give them a nice bit of bling.

Pop back tomorrow to see how I finished the others off.

Happy crafting!
