Hanging houseplant fun

Ok so at the moment I am loving the hanging houseplant stencil and stamp set so much… did say I would use some other of the new sets but can’t tear myself away from these plants … Actually made this one into a hanging plant …

I cut it down into a card topper and then added lots of texture to the background by die cutting the same patterned paper but rotated and using the Honey Doo crafts big background die. I then cut it down so it would fit on the panel. I had made an error and already stuck the panel down before I decided on the die cut so had a messy job of drawing out the panel onto the back of the die cut before I could cut it down to size …. Next time will remember to not stick before I am happy with my layout and make it easier for myself!

I also grabbed some scraps of the Kraft … one for the sentiment stamp and the other for running through the Fern embossing folder for a bit more leafy texture.

Biggest wish and Artistically inked used for the sentiment.
