I finished off another set of cards using Kendra’s template #11 this past weekend that have been on the desk for months. it was a good way to get back into crafting and being creative after an absence from crafting in the past few weeks.
As usual with these things I will share over a few days as the template made a lot of cards!
So here are the first set I am sharing …
I am not sure which templates each are now but I really liked how they all turned out and how the various papers worked out with both the Woodware deers and the creative stamping magazine floral images.
I also used a few embossing folders and sentiment dies to add in texture and fun elements.
I used a mix of glossy accents and the wink of Stella for the added shine and shimmer.
Occasionally I added in ribbon and some extra elements like the Merriest Moments holly leaves.
I enjoyed mixing up the sentiments too adding in words from different sets to compliment the die cuts.
I sometimes added in some little embellishments but mainly I kept to the use of glossy accents to make them a little more special.
As I said before I loved putting these together and it helped get the creative juices flowing after my break from crafting!
