Today’s Festive Friday project I switched the camera on and videoed the process … so if you want to see the process please check out my YouTube channel.
I used my trusty messy watercolour process with the embossing for this gorgeous detailed Festive Poinsettia stamp and then fussy cut it out.
I embossed the Merriest Moments panel as a frame and added some splattered gold embossing.
I then used the same stamp set for the sentiments.
Love how beautiful this came out.
I used the gold gems to embellish and then inside I used a white panel but kept it plain as I’d already popped the stamped image away otherwise it might have been nice to stamp that inside!

That’s glorious! The red & gold are such a rich combination
The combination of red and gold in this project creates such an elegant and festive look. Using the messy watercolor technique with embossing really makes the poinsettia stand out beautifully. The gold gems and splattered embossing on the Merriest Moments panel add a stunning touch of richness and texture. Including a white panel inside offers a clean and sophisticated finish.
