Back with another Kingston Crafts project – this time using the Christmas pad and also added in a couple of the vellum pieces too!

I decided to make a DL card using the lovely tree themed paper and then created a panel from the dark red solid colour paper. I used a stencil to add snowflakes using the glass bead gel – this is such a fun medium to use – lots of texture and shine! Not used it in ages and forgot how long it takes to dry!
So I left that to dry overnight and then added a little cute image from MFT of Santa and polar bear watching the skies. I added the vellum sentiment banner to white card and then cut that out and added it with the focal image on adhesive foam. I also added a string of lights in vellum underneath as an extra element – I love that the vellum coordinates so well with the papers!

Inside the card I added a panel of white cardstock and then a little strip of the patterned paper with the red border as a finishing touch!

A fun card and love the colours of the paper they are so pretty – and not quite traditional so it’s a slightly more modern look – the patterns also work so well with other items in the stash too like the MFT stamps.

Happy crafting!
