I wanted to make a really colourful page with lots of the papers in the Everyday Papers kit and I find when I use lots of colours I often want a more neutral photo – so I went with a sepia photo from when we had a photoshoot back in 2016 – so quite a while ago (if only we were still this young! 🤣) – and today is a perfect time to post this page because the photo was taken in CenterParcs in Cumbria – and this is where we currently are on a weekend away!

I chose the yellow base and then chose three of the patterns – I ripped the edge and then layered the panels so there are waves going vertically across the page.

Then I mat the photo with the blue pattern and a strip of the darker green pattern.

I used dies to create tabs for the journalling above the photo and a tag (I used the twine from one of the Kingston Crafts kits). I also used the letter dies to create the title from the solid colours in the pad,
I also die cut some tiny flowers from the red patterned paper and scattered those down the page. I added some yellow glitter glue to the centres to just add a little bit of sparkle!

I added journalling using a white gel pen to help tie in the white of the torn edges.

Martin did a great sample card using this pack on the tv last weekend with die cut circles so may have to pull out this pack and see if I can do something similar but as a scrapbook page as it looked so cool with these papers! It for now I will leave you with this snap of us on the tv! You can probably imagine there was a big squeal when we spotted ourselves! 🤣

Happy crafting!
