Scrappin Saturday

For today’s scrappin Saturday I am sharing the second page I made using a page kit from Sarah at last weekends crop – although I went totally rogue on this one and totally ignored the inspiration page Sarah gave us!

Sarah is always interested to see how we use the kits in alternative ways so I was more than happy to just play with the supplies. I also have to say thank you to my lovely friend Helen who shared some of her supplies with me (more on that in a future blog) and so the title came from her stash!

I added some stencilling and splatters to the background and then used the pieces from the kit to add to my page – and I love it!

I don’t often get to scrap Christmas pics as we are usually too busy having fun to make good pics so it was good to use this kit to scrap some pics I did manage to take last Christmas – wonderful if I might remember to take more pics this year?

I love all the elements Sarah gave us – the chipboard shapes and the wooden elements are so lovely.

So that was my take on the second page in the kit that I got at the crop (Sarah’s second page was very different but with an equally gorgeous outcome!)

There are a lot of the chipboard elements left – just need to decide whether they go into the Christmas box or to make some more scrapbook pages with them! Decisions decisions!
