I am sharing my February #colourcubechallenge project where I randomly generated the number for the card I am using – this time number 300 as I asked it for a number from 251-500 so I could work with box 2.
Then I chose my colours to match – decided to work with oxides this time – and went with Blueprint sketch, Speckled Egg, Fossilised Amber, spiced marmalade and aged mahogany.

And then I went with Altenew stamp, stencil set that came with a magazine and created this card.

Once again the card inspired me to choose colours I wouldn’t normally use – those leaves were definitely a different choice for me – and I LOVE how they turned out.

Superb fun!
Used the wavy stitched rectangle dies and foiled cardstock for the mat – very shiny and pretty – it works well with the embossing on the flowers and the foiled sentiment.

I finished off the outside with the bow and the little gems.
Inside I created a panel with some inking and then the flower.

Really happy with how this all came together and such a lovely colour scheme.

If you want to watch the process of choosing the colours and then making this card – I did video this!
Happy crafting!
