Today is fathers day so we were due to go out to celebrate later with my hubby and princess, and my parents, but the restaurant has had to close due to staff testing positive, so a change of plans and I have to go to the shop to buy food and then cook. Ah well until then I thought I would quickly drop by and share the card I made for my Dad which was totally inspired by the talented Martin at Martin’s Mayhem.
As soon as I saw his card using the Biggest Wish stamp set I knew I wanted to recreate it. I used my own random scraps of dsp from the stash and different other stamp sets to make the greeting but you can clearly see his cards influence.
In fact I loved this so much I decorated the inside of the card…
… and the envelope!
