It’s been a long time since I made any coins but just like with the inchies I found some I had got cut out of packaging in the drawer and decided why not make use of them and just have a little play with the bits and pieces on my desk. I also made inchies as toppers on the coins because why not when they were to hand.
So like the inchies I made the other day I used inks to add colour to some white cardstock and then stuck them to the packaging coins. I did the same with the inchies but in darker colours so there was some contrast.
I used my little rainbow themed stamp set to stamp the sentiment and then the three rainbows for the focal point. I did this on scrap cardstock and fussy cut them out before sticking them on.
I added wink of Stella to the rainbow to add some sparkle and then a sequin for fun embellishment!
Simple but cute coins and it was nice to both make use of them and to do something a bit different from my usual card making.
