Hi! Back with another design team project for Addicted to Stamps and more and our theme is Birthdays. I wanted to go with something cute and summery so grabbed Kingston Crafts papers and made a daisy themed birthday card.

The papers are the Kraft slimline papers and I remember a sample I made where I cut out the daisy’s and layered them up – this time I added them to different papers from the stack in the kit and this made for a really cute panel.

Adding in the torn edge is also lovely as it exposed the white core to the cardstock.

I wrapped the panel with the orange thread and made a simple bow to go behind the sentiment – this added some texture.

I added all the daisies and the sentiment on foam adhesive to give them dimension and then added glitter glue to the centres of the daisies for some sparkle.

I used a patterned card base also from Kingston Crafts and then inside added a strip leftover of the yellow and one more daisy to finish off!
Happy crafting!
Catherine
