I seem to grab for the Christmas Tags and More speciality dsp kit every time I need an easy card! And that is what happened for today’s Festive Friday!
I decided to mix things up a little and made a DL card instead of the standard shape I usually go for with this pack of papers and laser cuts.
I made four little topper panels which would work perfectly on their own but instead I went with all four on the one card.
I added each of the elements with foam adhesive to add dimension. I added some shimmer gel pen to some elements and some glossy accents to others. Then a bit of thread for the top of the bauble as a cute bow for texture.
The sentiment is one of those Tim Holtz stickers – perfect for a long card shape!
The background striped paper is actually very old scrapbook paper that was a good colour match to the other papers and perfect for the longer card background as the 6×6 wouldn’t work.
Inside I added another strip of paper and then the candy canes laser cut element.
