I am back to playing with the colour cubes to create a project choosing a card at random… and the number generator chose 589.

So the photo is a lovely shot but didn’t inspire me in terms of content but the colour combo I love! I didn’t quite get depth of colour (my blending always tends to go pastel!) but really happy with the final card!

I used Alex Syberia layered chic roses dies (my first time playing with them) and then chose Hello Honey, Island Indigo and Sahara Sand from SU inks and then vintage photo distressed ink.

I added in the foiled stripe background and loads of dimension too!

Gorgeous!!
Inside the card I added an inked panel and the die cut leaf!

And the base of crumb cake worked well I think!

I did add the die cut and the foiled sentiment too to make it into an anniversary card and then those enamel dots to just finish off!
Loved how this finished up – it did take quite a bit of time to make but I love it! and you can check out the speeded up version of the process on my YouTube channel.
Happy crafting!
